Konami Digital Entertainment announced Speed Dueling will be added to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card game with Speed Duel Starter Decks releasing in November 30.

The Speed Duel Starter Decks will each include three ready-to-duel Speed Duel Decks, nine skill cards, and three Ultra Rare variant cards chosen to boost each strategy. Some of the skill cards are direct from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, but each deck also contains one brand new original skill card for their character.

The Speed Duel Starter Decks: Destiny Masters set includes 20 card decks for Millennium item users Yami Yugi, Ishizu Ishtar, and Maximillion Pegasus, plus 3 skill cards and 1 Ultra Rare card for each. The Speed Duel Starter Decks: Duelists of Tomorrow set includes decks for Seto Kaiba, Mai Valentine, and Joey Wheeler. Seto and Mai’s decks include 20 cards, while Joey’s includes 23 cards. The pack also include 3 skill cards and one Ultra Rare variant card for each.

The Speed Duel Starter Decks contain a new marker confirming their legality for Speed Dueling play. Only cards with the symbol may be used for Speed Dueling (other versions of the same cards that do not have the symbol are not legal). Players are free to duel with Speed Dueling cards in regular Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments and events, but Skill cards are only legal in Speed Dueling events.
